Rydges Rotorua

The challenges of this project involved the Rydges Rotorua property being purchased without a code of compliance certificate on one of the buildings façade and the hotel rooms needed refurbishment to upgrade the condition.

We utilised our building expertise to re-clad the hotel, whilst cost effectively refurbishing the 203 internal rooms. This enabled a satisfactory return on investment from increased room rates.
