Four Points by Sheraton

The challenge of this project was taking a traditional office building and turning it into a modern, prestige hotel featuring a panoramic rooftop bar.

We developed a large number of spacious rooms skillfully into the existing office floor plate, with best use of space and the ability to maximise hotel returns. Incorporating Auckland’s highest upmarket rooftop bar expanded the offering whilst taking advantage of the panoramic views of the city.
